The GDiz 'Pricing Wizard!' allows you to customize every minute detail of your web-design package with GDiz while presenting you with an estimated 'Total-Cost' display along every step of the way.

Once you have completed the 'Pricing-Wizard!', a GDiz Client account will automatically be created for you. Your order will be forwarded to our Sales department along with any additional queries that you may have. We will verify your order and once we have cleared all your doubts/queries via the online-chat/ticketing-system, we will send you an invoice for the project along with the time that it will take for the GDiz team to complete the development and programming of the project.

Development on your project will begin as soon as you have completed checkout.

Do I have to pay before or after the work is done?

You have to pay BEFORE we start working on your project. The price for the order will include the template/website-base-design price and a design/programming fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit-card/debit-card payments from VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB.

We also accept payment from verified Paypal members.

How long does it take to receive the product?

 After you have completed and submitted the 'Pricing Wizard!' and we have collected all the required information from you, the GDiz Project Manager assigned to your project will set a deadline for the completion of the website.

Typically a standard website design package takes between 36 - 72 hours to complete, but there can be some delays if you don't provide the necessary information, such as correct contact information or personal files (texts, images, etc.)

Note: The GDiz project manager will confirm the amount of time that it will take for our development team to complete your project BEFORE your project begins.

How do I learn about the status of the development on my project?

On every website design project, we setup a testing server which will enable you to preview and test the site at regular intervals.

Using your GDiz Control Panel interface, you will be able to check the current status on your project, chat with your project manager, upload files required for design and view screenshots of the original base-design/template or submit a support ticket request.

Can I change the original description of the website design requirement?
Yes, you can. You may make reasonable alterations to your description by contacting your GDiz Project Manager. Please, keep in mind that additional alterations may cause a natural delay in project delivery time and an increase in fees for the project.
