
At GDiz we
strive for excellence in bringing you the best
services. However, some circumstances can
occur under which we are to review a refund request.
There can be several reasons, upon
which a REFUND REQUEST can be applied:
1) When
GDiz.com delays with the customization
project, and due to some reasons on its side can
not accomplish the project duly, in the time-frames
initially set with customer's consent and acknowledgement;
2) When
a customer declines a proposed design and a preliminary
version of the customization provided by GDiz.com
and refuses to go ahead with new alterations;
3) When the customer
claims for the poor quality of the customization
he has received. In this case, that is referring
to the most difficult to be regulated, we will
honor the refund request. The only case
when we can decline a refund request, is when
it is applied after the customer signs an ACKNOWLEDGMENT
OF RECEIPT (see below).
An Acknowledgement of
Receipt is signed by every customer at the end
of the customization project. Our team of designers
create a customized-site or complete the required
programming project following the customer's wishes
and liking. Every step of customization is approved
by the customer, who is entitled to provide his
modifications in regards to the initial description.
A preliminary version of the project is reviewed
by the customer who accepts it and approves as
a final design or, who may also add some changes
for a partial redesign. A deadline for delivery
is initiated as soon as you confirm the ultimate
version for your website design-base/programming
project customization. After the project is finished
and delivered to you, you are to sign an ACKNOWLEDGMENT
OF RECEIPT.
